Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Info@rnrk9.com. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us. We will process your return once we receive the item.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, ship it back to us at your cost. Once your return is received and accepted, a $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of sending your new item out.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@rnrk9.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
