Biothane is one of the easiest materials to maintain. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth after use, or rinse under water for a deeper clean. For heavier buildup, mild soap works fine. Dry naturally — avoid heat sources like dryers or direct sunlight. Biothane doesn't absorb odour or bacteria, so it stays fresher longer than most materials.

Condition regularly with a quality leather conditioner or balm — neatsfoot oil works well — to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking. Avoid prolonged soaking and store in a cool, dry place. Well-maintained Latigo leather only gets better with time.

Our collars use fitted sizing — a collar listed as 15–20" fits a neck measuring 15–20". Measure your dog's neck snugly with a soft tape measure, then choose the range that includes that measurement. We don't currently offer one-off custom orders. However, if you're looking for a specific type of gear or colour we don't carry, we'd love to hear about it — head to our Contact page and let us know. We track these requests and use them to guide future product decisions.

Yes — coloured 2-inch trial collars are coming, but they'll be released as limited drops rather than permanent stock. Sourcing coloured biothane in larger widths requires a significant minimum investment, so we can't do one-offs. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when a drop is happening.
